I love it. I can see the results already and I have only been doing it for 2 weeks. A very goog work out for beginners. I recomend it.

I love this DVD. Its easy to fit in the 10 minute workouts and to mix and match as you feel like. She explains really well how to do everything and keeps reminding you throughout the particular exercise what to do. I am definitely fitter, feel great and am more toned. No annoying chatting either - just clear instructions and encouragement!

I was looking for a work out that was flexible enough to fit into the ever changing time I had available each day (sometimes 20 mins, sometimes and hour, etc), with variety that worked on all the usual problem areas. The reviews were good, so I ordered it...I'm very happy I did. It has four sections that work on different areas (thighs, arms, 'buns' and abs), with an additional power stretch section. All last 10mins which seems to fly by, you aren't jumping about like a lunatic meaning you aren't out of breath and can keep up, and they are very effective. The instruction is clear and detailed, explaining what to do, why, what you should feel, and what the result should be if you do it right. There is a bonus feature that allows you to program your own routine selecting the different sections in varying order, which is great. By breaking it down into 10 minute segments and offering the option of smaller workouts, I find I actually do more. The prospect of doing an hour of torture can be a put off, so these smaller chunks of effective exercise make it feel like less of a chore, even if you do all of them back to back. For 3.99 it's possibly the best fitness DVD purchase I've ever made (and I've made a few!).

I usually go the gym for class sessions but want to make the most of my time not having to travel. I bought two other 10 Minute solutions DVDs and I am very impressed. I've used them as a whole hour work out and as the ten min specific area training and found them very easy to follow and understand. I would highly recommend 10 minute solutions to anyone wanting to train at home.

This is Brilliantly easy and so simple to fit into the day, I wake up 10-20 minute early and do mine in the morning, the time flies by and so far I've not bored or tired of it. The only thing is after doing it for 2 weeks I would like to have seen my muscle tone improve, but I'm holding out for the month marker before I make my decision
