  it works! December 28, 2008 I had the power of 3 and loved it. This one is really good as well; I have been using Davina's DVD's for more almost 2 years now, and I never get bored. I can really see a difference, my whole body looks much better. The aerobic section on this one is super. The first couple of times, it was really difficult. Now, I do it easily and I can see that it improved my fitness when I go swimming. I highly recommend this dvd and the power of 3. I am going to buy the new one. My sister also enjoyed the pregnancy one.
  Excellent Results, Davina irritating during important cooldown... December 17, 2008 This DVD has enabled me to loose weight and tone up after my 3rd child. The DVD has given me the time and motivation to continue for the last eight months. I have gone from a size 16 to 10, using the DVD every other day. Along with sensible eating and walking. I feel great, my energy levels are really high. Thankyou Davina, but please a word of warning for your next DVD, don't interupt during the cooldown. Cooldown's are as important as any other section, talking is distracting. I feel this affects cooldown results of relaxation and streching out. You get the feeling Mark is fustrated with her, but can't do anything about it!!! What a shame !!
  Good intermediate video December 8, 2008 I've been doing exercise dvd's for 3 years now. I started off on her Power of 3 which is excellent. But I needed something a little more challenging, this DVD is good. There are 5 workouts and a warm up and cool down: 1. warm up 2. cardio 3. legs/bums 4. upper body 5. tummy/bums 6. boxing 7. cool down Since I wanted to continue to lose weight, I focused on doing the cardio with arms and then alternate between repeating cardio or boxing 3 times a week. It has helped maintain my weight but I think I've reached a level of fitness where this DVD is now longer challenging enough. This is a great DVD for those who are looking for the next step from a beginner DVD. The Cardio is quite high impact but does get your heart pumping! The whole DVD is fun but sometimes the Boxing gets boring as it's repetitive. I had been on this DVD for about 6 months with swimming at the weekends and have lost weight steadily. I however recommend you eat heathily and sensibly and don't avoid carbs!!! Eat low carb foods with protein and you will feel less hungry for the rest of the day. Snack on fruit and nuts and eat plenty of fresh veg. I've kept this going for 3 years and have dropped 3 dress sizes (18 to 12). Doing this DVD alone will take you longer to lose the weight so don't get too impatient if you think after 2 weeks you're not seeing results! Give it at least a month and you may see a few lb's drop off.
  Less chatter please! October 30, 2008 I bought this DVD as soon as it came out a year ago and have been using regularly in rotation with my other fitness DVDs. I think the routine is great and excercises you all round and I like that you can select different sections depending on the time you have and to keep you interested.
Great. But and I mean a big BUT, Davina's constant chatter, especially in the important cool down is SO IRRITATING. Funny to watch once yes, but you are supposed to use this DVD 3 times a week or so and you can imagine the gurning faces and interruptions about Madonna's biceps or whatever get a bit tired.
Hopefully they will take this into consideration on her next DVD as it reallt is one of the best fitness DVDs out there!
  Tough, varied workout! great! October 26, 2008 Great workout, great to have different sections to choose from each time instead of the usual 1 hour routine and that's it. Nice tough workout, good option to turn off Davina and turn on music once you have heard the comments enough times you are bonkers from them. This workout has given me great results, with sensible diet too, and after months of doing this dvd is still hurts and is still tough! thats the value for money bit! great!
